An RMA is required for any item that may be returned.
Custom items are not returnable and these include silk screened items, any finish besides Satin Aluminum*, bellman carts, or any item that has been customized in any way. Certain quantities may be non-returnable. Shipping is never refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. Any items received damaged are not refunded and we therefore strongly encourage you to ship using FedEx or UPS and insure your item. Items must be in pristine, unused condition in their original carton. The RMA number must appear on the shipping label.
You must contact us first to obtain an RMA number or your item will be refused.

* Finish chips are available at no charge via US Mail. Please contact us in advance of ordering to avoid ordering an item with an unexpected color. All digital screens are different and may render colors differently than they appear.
